[Postgrad] Progression viva schedule queries

Dear all,

A few of you have asked about the viva schedule as you are unavailable 
on certain days. You will have a range of viva slots to select from (via 
a Doodle poll) so it should be possible for you to find a day/time on 
which you and your supervisors are available.
