Happy New Year!

I hope you can help.  When making requisitions for PGR students or when claiming for a PGR student expenses, especially on a purchase card, can you please include the students registration number in the ‘Description’ column?  This column is usually pre-populated with a description of the product being ordered but it can be edited.  If this is not done there is no way to identify the student to allow approval and the GL transaction reports have no record of which student transaction is for.

I have attached a list of all the subprojects we have responsibility for but including a reg number in all student transactions for all budgets will help the budget holder identify the expense.
