Car parking update
Current no-guarantee ‘Right to Roam’ model in place until July
[https://universityofstrathclyde.newsweaver.com/v2files/shard1/85313/6b/a85a4eae243f25a21f1fd9.jpg]The University’s existing in-house car parking management system is due to be replaced in the next academic year.
As an interim measure, the current no-guarantee ‘Right to Roam’ model will remain in place until end of July, after which the arrangements will be reviewed.

While commuting by car will be a necessity for some staff, please remember that on-campus parking is limited. Alternative parking at Duke Street in Collegelands is available at a rate of £5 per day.

Parking safety
Reminder to all staff
[https://universityofstrathclyde.newsweaver.com/v2files/shard1/85313/47/a66a98acef63df371e0110.jpg]As the car parks are now getting significantly busier, all staff are reminded to park on designated bays only, to prevent accidents and damage and ensure that our car parks remain safe for all users. Indiscriminate or dangerous parking will result in a vehicle being stickered.
Any car park users found to be persistently not adhering to the rules will be prevented from accessing the car parks.
Any staff who believe that they have parked within a designated parking space but have been stickered should contact the Car Parking Team<mailto:carparking at strath.ac.uk>, providing photographs where possible.

Training sessions on using the online travel booking tool
