[Postgrad] PhD assessment / progression information

Dear PhD Physics students and supervisors,



Please find details of this year's PGR assessment/progression process on the PhD Physics student MyPlace page

(https://classes.myplace.strath.ac.uk/course/view.php?id=25725)

under the "Progression assessment" toggle.



There you will find requirements and guidance for years 1, 2 & 3 of PhD study. Please read the one appropriate to you. For first year students who started after Dec 2021, or second year students who started after Dec 2020, it may be appropriate to postpone assessment. Please discuss with your supervisor.



The PG conference for 1st year PhD students will be held on campus on Tuesday 16th August.



The PG poster session for 2nd year PhD students will be held on campus on Wednesday 17th August.
