Dear All,



The UK registered charity, Generating Genius, supports students from underrepresented groups to get into STEM careers via our application preparation, technical and non-technical career development workshops,  mentoring, work experience and internship programmes.



We are recruiting for the next cycle of our programme Black Women Into Tech.

This programme over the last 2 years has resulted in students getting fantastic internships and graduate jobs at a range of companies from IRI, Man Group, Google, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, National Grid, HSBC and many more.

This programme is for students studying Computer Science, Engineering (any engineering degree), Physics, Maths and any other subject but has done a coding short course or is a self taught coder.

About the Black Women into Tech Programme



This programme provides students with the tools they need to discover and prepare for a career in Technology. This programme is run in partnership with leading companies including HSBC, PDT Partners (Fintech - Hedge fund), Man Group and Madellia (Customer Experience Management Platform).



What does the programme look like?



The programme provides you with:



  *   One to One 6 month mentor from a world leading company
  *   Summer Insight Weeks to help you prepare to apply for Graduate and Internship roles
  *   Exclusive Paid Internships for Black Women into Tech Students Only
  *   Employability Workshops run by Leading Companies in Technology
  *   In person and virtual networking events



  To be eligible you must be:



  *   A Black Heritage Female
  *   Studying Computer Science, Engineering (any engineering degree), Physics, Maths, any other subject but has done a coding short course or is a self taught coder.

  *   Currently at University Graduating 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027
