[Postgrad] Invite to Physics Society 2023 Ball

Hello everyone!

It is our pleasure to invite all PhD students (along with guests) to the Physics Society "End of Year Ball" 2023.  All are welcome along to the event being held at the Glasgow Central Hotel on the 26th May 2023 from 7pm onwards. Tickets are £50 and include a 3 course meal with prosecco on arrival and a wealth of entertainment (photobooth, photographer, DJ and A LOT of dancing). The dress code is formal/black tie but be prepared to dance the night away! Menu options are attached.

In order to purchase the tickets it is necessary to create a guest account.  If you purchase more than one ticket and wish to choose different menus it is best to purchase the tickets individually.

The deadline to purchase your ticket is 12th May. After the deadline an email will be circulated so that you can choose your table.  We would be really delighted if you could help us celebrate the end of our academic year!

Hopefully this will be the first of many more staff - student social events.
