Feedback has included that colleagues are sometimes not sure what is available to students, or the best ways for students to engage with all of the services.
The team would like to collate a list of volunteers to be sent a monthly newsletter. The volunteers would then send this information on to anyone within their department or contact list who they think would benefit.

Beth Freeman (not pictured) had come to a crossroads in her life and career and was unsure of her future path.

For the last few years Blood pressure UK has focused on encouraging individuals to take up home monitoring. Home monitoring is an effective way to keep your blood pressure under control and allows you to monitor it yourself in your home environment.

This two hour interactive session is an introduction to the topic of Anti-Racism. Participants will develop confidence with terminology around race; explore structural racism through the lens of unequal structures in Scotland and in Higher Education; reflect on privilege and power in daily life, and discover practical steps towards anti-racism.
This course was developed by the Equality & Diversity Office and draws upon relevant evidence, sector-wide research, and work undertaken by the Race Equality Working Group.
