please find attached the invoice we were raised by Glasgow in respect to the participation in the Glasgow Science Festival. As indicated by Audrey, and as displayed on the invoice, the PO number is 5098621.

Could you confirm you will take care of paying directly? (unless I misunderstood how this works / is supposed to work)

Do you need anything else on my side?

Thanks, yes funding all in order! Can you raise a PO request on FMS? We need a PO number for the invoice to be approved by our finance department.

Donna, when issuing the invoice can you quote the PO number we give you on the invoice? Also, is it OK to raise a PO against Glasgow University? This is the supplier we have listed on our finance system.

I understand that the request I put in to have the programming fee covered by public engagement funds has likely gone through, or at least this was my impression after the interaction with Megan (thank you, Megan!).

If you want the invoice to be directly sent to you, please contact Donna (see below) directly (with me in cc, for confirmation), or let me know of the details (in particular, PO number) for the invoice to be issued.

The Glasgow Science Festival 2018 has now officially launched …. This means all events are now live on our website and via many other media channels …. We’re receiving delivery of our A5 flyer today …. Exciting!


We will shortly be sending an invoice for the Programming Fee of £100, as agreed by the event provider, and you were listed as the contact person to whom this invoice should be sent.  Before I do this though, I understand we will need a Purchase Order Number (PO) from you?  Therefore, could you please arrange for this to be raised and sent to me before 11th May?

If I don’t hear from you, I’ll assume a PO isn’t required and an invoice will be sent after this date.

I’d like to take this opportunity to wish you a successful Festival.
