Subject: [WOCSDICE2019] WOCSDICE and Summer School on GaN-based devices

Dear colleagues,

First of all, I would like to kindly remind you the Workshop WOCSDICE that will take place in Cabourg (Grand hotel) from June 17th to 19th. The preliminary programme is now available online (https://wocsdice2019.sciencesconf.org/ ).
Feel free to register if you would like to attend.

Furthermore, our colleagues from the University of Ghent are co-organizing a summer school on nitride-based power devices. The summer school takes place in Ghent, from 8 to 11th of July 2019.
You will find more information in the attached flyer or on our website, http://www.inrel-npower.eu/SummerSchool2019, including a registration form. Attendance is free of charge, but please make sure to fill out the registration since there is a maximum number of participants.
The lectures will be given by members of the InRel-NPower and the GaN-on-CMOS project, two European H2020 projects which aims to contribute to the world-wide energy efficiency challenge through the development of GaN- and AlN-based power devices.
