[UKNC] UWO2023 Workshop - 5 June 2023, Bristol

Ultra-wide bandgap oxide semiconductors (Ga2O3 and related materials) are bringing a transformation to the power electronics and ultraviolet optoelectronics landscapes. Bristol will host a one day workshop on 5 June 2023 - submission deadline is 31 March - on these exciting new materials. This one-day meeting aims to explore the new advances to the fields, including fundamental science, growth, characterisation, device study and future applications, and generate opportunities for future collaborations.
