[UKNC] Wide band gap session uk semiconductors 12th-13th July

Dear UKNC members,

It has just been confirmed that there will be a wide band gap semiconductor session at the UK semiconductors this year

We are therefore looking for suggestions for a plenary speaker that would be appropriate. All suggestions are welcome but especially from other than resesrchers whould talk about more than just GaN, eg AlGaN or Oxides
