[UKNC] Ga2O3 GOOD Seminar Series

Our group is organising a series of (roughly monthly) webinars on Ga2O3 delivered by leading ECRs in the field - see attached poster.

Our first speaker will be Piero Mazzolini (University of Parma, Italy) talking about "Annealing effect on shallow and deep level defects in κ-Ga2O3 thin films".
