Our group is organising a series of (roughly monthly) webinars on Ga2O3 delivered by leading ECRs in the field - see attached poster.

Our nextspeaker will be Dr Ta-Shun Chou (IKZ, Germany) talking about "'Challenges to MOVPE-grown (100) β-Ga2O3: Morphology Instability and the Formation of Parasitic Particles".
