I am delighted to announce that the next Ultra-wide Bandgap Oxide (UWO2025) will take place at the University of Strathclyde on 25 June 2025. Save the date! https://iop.eventsair.com/uwo2025/

The UWO meeting aims to explore progress in the field of ultra-wide bandgap oxide semiconductors (Ga2O3 and related materials), covering fundamental science, growth, characterisation, device study and future applications, and generate opportunities for future collaborations.

We have the pleasure to announce that Prof Marius Grundmann (Leipzig University) will give the keynote talk.

Abstract submission deadline: 16 April 2025

We hope to welcome many of you in Glasgow next June.
