Dear all,

UKRI (with the Department for Science Innovation and Technology<https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/department-for-science-innovation-and-technology>, as the major stakeholder) has commissioned a study of semiconductor-related research within UK universities. This is an activity aimed at supporting the National Semiconductor Strategy<https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/national-semiconductor-strategy> as well as informing long term future interventions in this space, including funding. The work is being led by Queen’s University Belfast and the University of Sheffield and is supported by an Advisory Group of academics<https://efuturesnetwork.com/semiconductors> drawn from universities across the UK.

As we finalise our landscaping report for UKRI and DSIT, we are issuing a second survey of the UK-based academic community.  We would appreciate your expert insights and so your participation in this survey is very much appreciated:
