[Academic] Pure REF Updates - by Friday please

Dear All,

The REF team will soon report to the University about the status of our 
outputs for REF submission.
If you have published one or more papers since last year's Research  
Audit that you believe will be judged better than some that you selected 
last time please propose them in Pure as you did before.
For each new output add a comment for me on why it improves on the one 
it replaces.
Then I will select the paper for grading, which will be done internally, 
based on what we know from what our external assessors said last year, 
with a little further help from our formula.

Can I ask that you complete this by Friday to give me time to complete 
the grading process before the reporting deadline.
If we are to keep the centre off our backs we have to show continuous 
improvement, as you know.
