[Academic] Laser safety awareness lecture, reminder

The laser safety training session for the newly starting UG and PG 
students is today, Wed, Oct 10, 14.00, JA 3.14.

The students received numerous notifications and reminders, but please 
make sure that everyone who needs to go, is really aware of it.
