[Academic] Class Tests for Disabled Students

Hi

Can you please provide me with the dates of your class tests where 
additional rooms need to be booked for the disabled students.  As you 
are no doubt aware we are undergoing refurbishment which means I can't 
fall back on JA8.24.  I will need to book rooms outwith the department.

Please provide this information asap to enable me enough time to put 
arrangements in place.
