[Academic] Ethics Annual Monitoring

Dear All,

I have to make an annual report about Ethics approvals. Please let me 
know by reply if any aspects of your work require ethics approvals.

The one area I know of involves collaboration with another Department 
(SIPBS) who deal with the ethics issues - please confirm if you are in 
this or similar category.

The University Ethics Committee (UEC) undertakes an annual exercise to 
gather data on the activities of Departmental and School Ethics 
Committees.  Attached to this email is a monitoring form, for you to 
record the required information.

to us. *

The University Ethics Committee is seeking a response from all 
departments, so please complete and return the form,  even if your 
department does not have a Departmental Ethics Committee or if the DEC 
did not consider any applications during 2012.

Please complete and return the form to the UEC mailbox 
ethics at strath.ac.uk <mailto:ethics at strath.ac.uk> by Friday 7 June 2013.
