[Academic] UCAS Lunch - Thursday 19th February - IMPORTANT

Dear All,

This year's UCAS Lunches are on 19th February and 5th March.  Please can you let me know if you are available for 20 minutes to be present in the common room when the prospective students and their parents arrive, to answer questions or just say hello in a warm and welcoming way.  This would be from 11.40am until 12 noon.

Please let me know your availability either way as soon as you can and in  particular if you are available on Thursday.
