[Academic] Semester 2 Changes - Deadline Friday 20 November

Hi Everyone

Apologies for the short notice but I have just found out that the second semester timetable closes this Friday and won't re-open until 4th December.

I need you to check your record on the timetable, check that the facilities you have requested are in place, that the rooms are large enough to accommodate your class size and that times and days are accurate.

You should also check that where you need a separate exam room for class tests, I have been notified and that this is displayed on the timetable.

I have checked the timetable and note that room bookings have still to allocate rooms to specific activities and these are listed below, if you note anything in addition to this please let me know.  I will work with room bookings to resolve these issues.

PH161 - Class Test Week 12
PH252 - Class Tests Weeks 6 and 12
PH358 - Class Test Week 8
