Subject: One more thing - How to check if a sales invoice has been paid
Dear all
Please note that the Req to Invoice report should be used for purchase orders/invoices and not sales orders and invoices.
If you would like to check whether a sales invoice has been paid, you can query this by using the invoice number or Customer ID in:
Open and Historic Items under Reports and S2C Reports.
See example below. In the T column (circled below), you will either see B (which means unpaid) or C (which means closed).
If paid, you will also see a negative entry which is the payment and the invoice date in this case will be the date the invoice was settled.
I hope this helps,
Many thanks
Beth

Subject: FMS update from me
Dear all
I just wanted to share some information that we discussed at our Accountants' meeting with Kathleen Boyle earlier that I thought would be useful for you all at this stage:
Purchase cards
Some of you have already queried the lack of Purchase Card expenditure on budget reports. The latest update is that the Project team will be seeing the consultant about some issues this week so hopefully they can start loading the Purchase card information onto FMS by the end of the week. The details will then flow to the appropriate person in the same way that an incoming invoice does.
Budget Statement
Just a reminder to always use Link To option when drilling down on transactions in the Budget Statement on the right hand side and not the Hyperlink functionality as apparently there is a bug with this Agresso release, which means the data it brings back is not reliable.
October salary posting
Some of you eagled-eyed administrators may have noticed that October payroll was posted into the correct period but with a September transaction date. It has been decided that this will not be amended as most reports you run will be on period and not the transaction date. I just wanted to make you aware of this.
Req to Invoice report
The Project team are working on a report which has been designed to help you follow a transaction through from requisition to payment. This has been released to us in FMS Desktop and once final testing is complete, this will be made available in Web. This should help deal with some of your queries about whether invoices have been paid to suppliers. You should still be able to use the Workflow Enquiry - Requisitions and Workflow Enquiry - Incoming Invoices to see where something is in the approval process.
For any other queries, remember to have a look at the FMS Knowledge Hub which is being regularly updated with information and feel free to contact me if you can't find the answer to your query,
Many thanks
Beth
