[Academic] 1st Year Postgraduate Conference - Ross Priory - 23 August 2018

Dear All

Important Information for Thursday's trip to Ross Priory (23rd August):
For those who are taking the bus, it  will leave at 8.00am prompt from Collins Street (https://www.strath.ac.uk/maps/), off Cathedral Street and near to Barony Hall.  Please ensure that you are there in plenty of time.

The bus will leave Ross Priory at 6.00pm to return to the University.

Each student has  a 15 minute slot, where they talk for 12 minutes and have 3 minutes for questions and answers.  There will be a Windows PC with PowerPoint available and you should bring your presentations on a USB stick to be uploaded at the start of the sessions.  PLEASE DO NOT RELY ON THE INTERNET AS THE INTERNET CONNECTION AT ROSS PRIORY IS NOT VERY GOOD.  The timetables of the talks are attached.

09:15-10:30 - Presentations/Talks

10:30-11:00 - Coffee Break

11:00-12:00 - Presentations/Talks

12:00-13:30 - Buffet Lunch

13:30-14:30 - Presentations/Talks

14:30-15:00 - Coffee Break

15:00-16:00 - Presentations/Talks

16:15 - High Tea

18:00 - Depart Ross Priory
