[Academic] SSJs - update

Dear all,

Following a decision by the Internal Audit Committee, only HoDs may now approve SSJs.
So from today, you will only be able to select Paul's name when you are submitting an SSJ.
If you need to supply any supporting info by email to explain it, please send it to Paul.

The decision has been taken because an internal audit found that too many SSJs were being submitted across the University.  I have explained to Procurement that our have been legitimate (or I would query them), but this is not a decision that is going to be reversed overnight.

For the time being, please submit them to Paul.
