[Academic] Teaching arrangements for remainder of semester 2

Dear All,

Please see attached the arrangements that you should put in place for 
the on-line delivery of lectures and tutorials for the remainder of 
Semester 2. For those that were not aware of it, the powerpoint method 
using voice-over seems very good!
