[Academic] 2nd year PG poster session - guidance for presenters

Guidance notes are attached for students presenting posters at the 2nd 
year PhD poster session.

Posters will be submitted as PDFs via a forum on a MyPlace page recently 
set up for Physics PhD students (link in notes).

A poster template attached (used at the recent SUPA showcase event) 
shows an example of a layout and fontsize which is legible for viewing 
online. It is not intended to be a compulsory, rigid format/template for 
all posters.

Posters should be submitted before Monday 17th August to allow staff and 
students to browse posters before a Q&A Zoom session on Thursday 20th 
August at 2pm (link and password in notes - a reminder with links etc. 
will be sent out nearer the time). MyPlace will be offline on Tuesday 
18th August.

At the Q&A session, presenters will provide a 2-minute summary of their 
poster, followed by 3 minutes of questions from staff and students.
