Students can attend either session, whichever is more convenient. The
sessions will be hosted by Alice McInally - her description of what
attendees should expect is :
---
Wellbeing is about living in a way that is good for us and good for
others around us and it does mean that we feel we have the resilience to
cope when times are tougher than usual.
It is appreciated that the current COVID-19 situation and at home/remote
working may be presenting certain challenges for you as you navigate and
try to make sense of such unprecedented times.
This session will focus on what you can do to promote your wellbeing and
also discover what resources are also in place to support you through this.
It’s at challenging times as this that we discover just how resilient we
can be.
---
Gordon
