[Academic] IMPORTANT UPDATE: Semester 1 Teaching Week 1

Hi

PLEASE DISREGARD IF NOT TEACHING ON CAMPUS IN THE FIRST SEMESTER

I was ready to press the submit button to the Dean for access to on campus teaching next week when the Centre sent an email changing all the paperwork.

It would be helpful if all teaching could now move to week 2 but if this is not possible then please complete the attached forms and submit to be by 3 pm.

That will give me a fighting chance of getting some if not all of you back.

If you have already completed the updated forms please let me know as it is impossible for to me to go through 50 people in a couple of hours so I am asking for your help and your patience.  If not then please complete the attached documents.

If you are in charge of a course(s) (class coordinator etc) you will also need to complete the form below which is new to everyone:

I will attempt to update the risk assessment but this will ultimately mean that you need to update your signature again.   I will notify you of if and when this has been done.  If not I will submit what I have and hope for the best.

It's a tall ask of everyone but these will need to be completed (hopefully cut and paste from the previous version) anyway in order for anyone to return to on campus training.

The final thing is the Dean's assurance Checklist which I will cut and paste from the previous version and hope for the best.
