Dear All,
Just a reminder, particularly for level 3-5 and PGT classes (but also level 1-2), both exam-based and continuous assessment, to please get any outstanding module marks on the idrive as soon as you can but definitely before 23rd May, and notify us when they're there. There are 47 UG modules level 1-5, 9 from S1, and only a handful in so far from S2.
This makes life easier for the exam boards i.e. for myself, Jacqui, Timothy and Thorsten!
I'm re-attaching the marks return template, to be used in conjunction with students listed in the Mark Return idrive csv from Jacqui, please remember to add the statistics (highlighted in yellow) which you need for the exam check sheet which are part of your idrive return (Excel file and check sheet). Final marks must be an integer and ABS (mark code column) means absent.
Many thanks and best wishes,
Aidan

Subject: Marks Return deadline and details
Dear All,
Just a note that Jacqui has made marks return csv spreadsheets in the idrive module "marks return" folders, for all of the exams so far, as well as the continuously assessed modules (in addition to all her other exam-related work!). Please let her know if anything is missing.
Exams should ideally be marked and returned 5 working days after the exam takes place, and there is an absolute deadline for return of 23rd May, so please get them in well before then especially since they'll be used at the various exam boards and pre-boards.
For the marks return on the idrive (VPN if not on site) please use a separate Excel spreadsheet, including continuous assessment, and notify myself (for all PH1**-PH5** modules) and Thorsten (PH9** modules) as well as Jacqui of when they are ready for checking. We only need to return marks for the students listed in the csv files.
An example of the kind of spreadsheet format it would be great to see is attached, with statistics, and a bunch of hopefully useful comments/reminders on the right.
I've also attached a blank marks return sheet, which should also be filled out and placed in the same idrive folder when you do your marks return.
Best wishes,
Aidan
