Centre for Doctoral Training in Applied Quantum Technologies: Call for Project Proposals

Dear colleagues,

I would like to bring to your attention a call for project proposals for the Centre for Doctoral Training in Applied Quantum Technologies (CDT-AQT).
The CDT-AQT is a partnership between the Universities of Strathclyde, Glasgow and Heriot-Watt, and more than 30 UK industry partners. It will offer advanced training for 80 PhD students in broad aspects of Quantum Technology.

Academic supervisors from each of the three institutions are eligible to submit project proposals/ideas for the EPSRC studentships using the project proposal template<https://strath-my.sharepoint.com/:w:/g/personal/rachel_jamieson_strath_ac_uk/Ed_J8RBfJpNCpwYCROd9t1MBXXnulBGwzgXbzqMgAP8ofQ?e=sCyjMt>.

Industry partners may also submit proposals and co-supervise projects so long as they do so with an eligible member of academic staff (a non-exhaustive list of staff can be found here<https://strath-my.sharepoint.com/:w:/g/personal/rachel_jamieson_strath_ac_uk/ESuwj74BAlZBidldT4CoEXQByh7R0edNn-HEvpjNo5BJvg?e=Rqik5j>) . Industry partners who intend to fund or part-fund projects will be assessed separately from those seeking EPSRC-funded studentships.
