[Academic] Feedback Request: Travel Management Company - Clarity Business Travel

Please see below – note very unhelpfully short timescale!

Some of you have previously sent me feedback on Clarity Travel.  If you have not, or if you have anything to add or some overall comments, please would you send me some bullet points that I can pull together and send back to Robert.  They want good and bad.  Not sure there’s a lot of good points to make!

Dear Colleagues,

You may be aware that the University entered a contract with a new Travel Management Company (TMC), Clarity Business Travel, in August 2023. This change came shortly before the launch of the University's Travel Policy<https://www.strath.ac.uk/media/ps/estatesmanagement/sustainability/sustdocuments/Travel_Policy.pdf> in May 2024.

We have been actively managing the contract with the TMC since it began but shall be undertaking a detailed review of performance in the coming weeks. I would be grateful for your and your teams' feedback on the performance of the TMC so please do cascade this message to any members of your team who travel regularly. Feedback should be rounded if possible - what has worked well, what has not worked so well.
