[Academic] Action Needed: PH450 Project - Vivas

Hello again,

Jacqui and I will be spending the afternoon fixing vivas.
If you haven't had the opportunity to do so, please take a few moments today to send us your availability for the period:

21st April to 23rd May

Please note that 21st April is a Bank Holiday, 5th May is also a Bank Holiday and 6th May is a school closure day.

Ideally we'd like to let student know when their vivas are before this Thursday so thank you to those that have responded to our earlier request.

Jacqui and I have collated information from students (exams and other extraordinary circumstances) and hope that you will be able to help us to find dates that fit with your own plans and that of the other members of the same panel.

How to feed back to us:
Please look at your panel assignments.
Your name may appear up to four times in the attached document (I recommend that you use the filters at the top of the columns to arrange them by name)
After reviewing the panels and the student's availability, please let us and the other panel members know when you are available.
We will then help the panel to find the most suitable date and time for the viva and communicate it to the student.

We will be using Outlook calendar appointments to keep a track of all the vivas.

Please can you help us by completing this 10 minute task by 31st March?
